Reporting to the Director of Marketing, and collaborating with our various freelancers, the Marketing Coordinator will perform the following duties, in addition to others as required:
Social Media & Advertising:

Manage the curation and execution of monthly calendars of social media content for our two company accounts (@glatzconcerts and @salute.to.vienna) on all platforms (TikTok, YT Shorts, LinkedIn, META).

Solicit and direct content from the marketing team, providing feedback based on overall strategy and analysis.

Report monthly on social media analytics and search for ways to improve engagement, creative, and overall organic growth.

Boost posts considering marketing needs, audience interests, and geo-targeting.

Build ad mock-ups in META Creative Hub for submission to our third-party advertisers.
Audience-Building:

Respond to patron replies to e-newsletters.

Develop and direct campaigns to expand number of email subscribers.
Administration:

Manage salutetovienna.com and glatzconcerts.com, updating information about upcoming performances and on-sale activity.

Ensure the customer journey is fluid from point of entry to conversion and make changes as needed (desktop and mobile).

Monitor all venue on-sale web pages. Verify that information displayed is correct, links are active and ticket-buying functionality is intuitive for our patrons both in desktop and mobile platforms.

Assign and track design jobs through our internal filing system coordinating with our Graphic Designer.
Requirements:

Proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience in social media management and strong knowledge of current platforms and trends. You are aware of how audiences consume content on each platform and how to adapt, creatively, for those needs.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with a knack for quickly learning new software. Experience with Wix is preferred.

Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and execute your ideas. Excellent organizational skills is a must.

Quick to absorb new ideas and concepts, with a talent for clear communication.

Ability to work efficiently and remain composed under tight deadlines.
